We Keep Our Knowledge Polished

We work hard at education and keeping our knowledge up to date by attending yearly educational seminars through the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) and maintaining our Certifications as Certified Pool Operators (CPO) as well as Jack's Magic Certified Stain Specialists.

Scott

Scott Ball

Scott has over 25 years in the pool industry and a background in service, repair, construction, renovation and pool surfaces.  His background comes from years in the pool industry in Florida as the general manager for a pool construction company and then owner/operator of Gator Pool Service.  He moved to Charlotte to gain more knowledge in the pool industry. He worked as the construction manager in charge of all operations for NC and SC applying the industry’s leading pool surfaces.  Now as the owner and operator of Carolina Pool Renovations, his extensive industry background gives CPR an edge that no other company in this market can boast of.

Ginger Ball

Ginger  has over 20 years in the pool industry and a background in customer service, office management, scheduling and accounting. Her abilities keep our production team on point as she handles the scheduling, billing and customer service end of the business to ensure our jobs go as flawless as possible.

Austin Ball

Austin has over 10 years of field and pool service experience and maintains a Certified Pool Operators (CPO) certificate from the National Swimming Pool Foundation. A Graduate of York Technical College in Construction Management, he received certificates in Electrical and Plumbing Applications. He has attended extensive training from various pool equipment manufacturers on automation systems, pumps, heaters, lights and filtration systems. He is the heartbeat of our operations at Carolina Pool Renovations and CPR Pool Service.
